Performance coaching is when a coach supports a client to achieve a specific personal or professional goal, to give a better performance.
I provide training and guidance in a supportive environment and focus on specific tasks that you require. I can help you to improve your confidence in your performance and give you feedback and tips on bettering your performance, be it speaking up in a meeting, public speaking, sports or performing arts. When the pandemic is over and face to face sessions can be offered again, I can work on techniques using the microphone too.
Where it is helpful to the client, I can also draw on my own experiences in all these areas, and also on techniques that have helped me to improve my performances.
